Once you have claimed an item, please follow these steps to complete the collection process. Our team is here to support you at every stage.
After you claim an item, our team will review your claim within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email confirmation once your claim has been processed.
For your security and to protect your relative's belongings, we will need to verify your identity and relationship to the passenger. Our team will contact you with details about the required documentation.
Once your claim is approved, we will arrange a convenient time for you to collect the items. You may choose to collect in person or request secure delivery to your address.
Upon collection, you will be asked to sign a receipt acknowledging the items received. All items will be returned in a respectful and dignified manner.
